Thought it was time for another care package so I went to the bookshop today for an NZ Quilting mag to send you. A lady commented on me being on my knees in front of the magazines. I explained what I was looking for and why. When neither of us could find it she said, I have one at home, I've finished it, I'll give it to you. She had just made a quilt for a friend of hers about to start Chemo. This complete stranger has just dropped the mag into my mailbox 30 minutes later. Generosity inspired by chemo, quilting, and the New Zealand spirit. I hope it brings you joy. It has certainly touched me.
